New version newspaper owned by Ugandan government has recently released a list of top English Speaking African countries and surprisingly, Nigeria is not in the list.
As published in the the newnew version newspaper,UGANDA has been named the best African speaking country in a study conducted by World Linguistic Society.

2. Zambia
3 .South Africa
4 . Kenya
5 . Zimbabwe
6.Malawi
7. Ghana
8. Botswana
9. Sudan
