According to the Italian media, Chelsea head coach Antonio Conte has
turned down Roman Abramovich's offer to sign Neymar for the west
London giants.
As per the Turun-based
publication Tuttosport,
Chelsea's billionaire owner has reached an agreement with Catalan
giants to sign the Brazilian superstar for €180m (£155.5m).
Last week, reports claimed
that Chelsea want Conte to sign a new contract deal but the 47-
year-old tactician is unhappy
with the club's transfer policy.
N'Golo Kante is believed to be the only player of Conte's
recommendations who was signed by Chelsea board, while the Italian was
also unhappy
that no players were brought in during the January transfer window,
despite John Obi Mikel, Branislav Ivanovic and
Oscar being allowed to leave.
AS Roma midfield star Radja Nainggolan revealed on Tuesday that he
spoke with Antonio Conte last summer about a move to Stamford Bridge,
but Chelsea failed to meet Roma's £32m valuation.
