As shared by the reporter, the man pictured above was looking at the
girls in their hostel and masturbating publicly. When the girls
shouted at him, He dared them to come out and face him, threatening to
beat and rape them. The school porters at the hostel said they
couldn't chase the pervert away because he was on a government road
